Welcome to the PDX Home Brewers Club!

Joomla! LogoPBC's mission is to have fun promoting the art and knowledge of home brewing. Although PBC's home is in Beaverton, Oregon, all are welcome!

PDX Home Brewers club is based out of Beaverton, Oregon and is open to one and all who share the common interest: to share and learn about the wondrous art of homebrewing. In our attempt to promote the hobby even more, we created pdxbrewers.com. Here at PDX Brewers.com you can connect with other brewers to exchange ideas, techniques, equipment, recipes, and maybe even a few samples...:-)

We meet monthly at Max's Fanno Creek Brew Pub in Tigard. A great place to hang on the west side. Also we have many club events including group homebrewing, brewery tours, BBQ's, and alot of other homebrewing and beer related stuff. Our next meeting is coming up soon so visit this webpage for details or you may contact us on the links to the left.

We also offer a club email chat where most of our members hang out. If you would like to give the email chat a try, just click here. For more information on membership, dues etc , see the about tab.

If you are ready to become a member, just create a user account through the member logon on the left and follow the instructions. Once your dues have been paid your account will be activated. You can pay dues online or at the next meeting.

Thanks for stopping by!

Annual Summer Picnic - 8/8/2015, 4pm

E-mail Print PDF

All, once again time for our annual summer picnic for the PDXBrewer's Homebrew Club!!

August 8th, 2015. Starting at 4pm and going till 8pm (or later).

Location is the same park as last year, Juanita Pohl Community Park in Tualatin, but will be at the Trestle Shelter this year. This is right next to the Rustic Shelter of last year.

The Club will sponsor the meats and we ask everyone else to please bring a side dish or dessert and/or chip-bread.

Homebrew is allowed so bring some and share and enjoy other people's creations.

As well as doing homebrew sampling, relaxing, eating, drinking and enjoying everyone's company, we will also be doing the homebrew gear/equipment or ingredients exchange. Bring gear/ingredients you don't need or want anymore and maybe you can also walk away with something "new". Will be a raffle style function like last year.

Thanks all. Hope to see you there!! Looking forward to it!

See their website here; http://www.tualatinoregon.gov/recreation/juanita-pohl-center

Google Maps; https://www.google.com/maps/place/8513+SW+Tualatin+Rd,+Tualatin,+OR+97062/@45.386184,-122.7605329,17z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x54957291d363ef85:0x84f84621a88a7801

The address for the park is; 8513 SW Tualatin Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062, but see note below:

There is parking right next to this newer shelter. Take Tualatin road and enter at the north side of the park and not at the main entrance for Juanita Pohl Center as the main address shows above. I included the main address just for the general location. It is a large park. Look for the train trestle, softball field and pump house (right next to the large pump house).
