Our October meeting will be at Max's on Monday October 19th at 7pm.
This month tasters will be Oktoberfest Beers. Feel free to bring a sample of Oktoberfest beers that you have made that you are interested in sharing to help the discussion flow.
In place of a guest speaker this month we will be judging the Iron Brewer 3 beers. That's right you need to have your beers ready for judging on the 19th. Please bring at least three 12 oz beers. This will allow one for the judges and at least two for the peoples choice competition. We are still finalizing the judges schedules but we are on for the judging at the meeting to see who will be crowned the Iron Brewer this year.
Beside the Iron Brewer competition we with have a club competition. The other judged beer will be Belgian Strong Ale, so make sure to bring one bottle for judging and have two ready to ship if you are the winner. A two dollar entry fee is also needed for each entry. You can have multiple entries if you like.
